About the Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and responsible Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our accounting team.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their work, pays close attention to details, and follows through to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
We value accuracy, accountability, organization, and a positive attitude. Previous accounting experience is helpful, but a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn are equally important.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and accurately record customer payments, invoices, and credit memos.
- Monitor outstanding accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organized AR records and supporting documentation.
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding payment issues.
- Prepare AR aging reports and assist with regular account reviews.
- Identify discrepancies, take initiative to resolve issues, and follow through until completion.
- Support the accounting team with additional administrative and reporting tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Dependable, responsible, and committed to completing tasks on time.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting is preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
